We strive to provide each guest with a clean and well maintained environment. In order to do so, the home is inspected following each departure and we must advise that your credit card will be charged the $300.00 security fee and/or your security check will be cashed automatically if damages of any kind occur.

- Sleeping comfort for 8 persons with two king beds, four queens and one single bed. Our two full bathrooms are newly remodeled for your comfort. To assist in your planning we would like you to know that there are 2 bedrooms are on the first floor with one room offering a king bed and the other a queen and a twin. Our upstairs expansive open loft offers 2 large sleeping areas that are separated by room dividers and the upstars bathroom. The Master sleeping quarters offer a California King bed and a cozy balcony with a view of the lake. The second upstairs sleeping arrangement provides 3 queen beds. With two satellite TVs everyone can enjoy their favorite show. You will have to flip a coin to see who gets to watch the new 46 in. screen in the living room! We are happy to share our variety of board games with you, as well. You will find them waiting for you in the living room. Sorry, we do not have DVD or VCR available.

Should you prefer to dine out during your visit, you will be minutes away from Steele Canyon Park Resort at the bottom of the hill. Within the resort you can enjoy simple fair year round at The Cove Cafe & Bar. The lakeside Boathouse Restaurant and Bar, open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, offers a full menu. Want to order a great pizza to go and enjoy it on the deck... just call the Boathouse and they will have it waiting for you! Oh!! Don't forget the ice cream parlor next door! Forgot something? The Cove also offers a small general store. If you'd like to enjoy the Wine Country it's a beautiful 45 minute drive down to St. Helena where you will find an abundance of wineries, shops, movie theatre and restaurants. There are also a number of golf courses in the area. We are happy to offer you complimentary personal concierge service should you wish us to make any advance arrangements for your activities in the Wine Country.
***Important House Rules*** : 1.we are located in a quiet residential area. Out of courtesy to our neighbors, guests must be respectful and excessive noise and loud disturbances are not acceptable. Should disturbances be reported, the guest will be asked to vacate immediately. 2. This is a high fire area and as such, extreme caution must be exercised at all times. No BBQ's are allowed on property. Smoking materials must be disposed of only in the receptacles provided on our deck. 3. Vehicles may not be parked anywhere but in the driveway and on the street. Vehicles parked on grassy off-street areas will be towed at owner’s expense. Thank you for you co-operation.
