Cancellation Policy:
Your $250 deposit will be forfeited upon cancellation at any time.
Within 30 days prior to your reservation, the 50% deposit will be forfeited.
Within 14 days prior to your reservation, the 100% deposit will be forfeited.
The only exception to the above policy would be if we were able to re-rent the unit at list price.

- Each bedroom is special in its own way! The master has a private bathroom with walk-in shower and an entry to the ocean-front balcony. The 'blue room' is serene with a bank of windows that overlooks the calm marsh and adjacent golf course. The 'daybed room' has two pedestal beds made to be comfortable if you just wish to retire and watch TV. Two windows give views of both the ocean AND the marsh!
