Beit Yam Vacation Rental is located in the quiet area of Irish Beach, half way between the artist community of Gualala and the historic town of Mendocino. Beit Yam is a beautifully furnished and fully equipped 2,000 sq foot home with two decks. The lower deck is 320 square feet and includes a well appointed hot tub with protective glass wall and a 180 degree view of the ocean leading all the way to the Point Arena Light House. All rooms except the bathrooms have fabulous white water views. The kitchen is fully equipped with two ovens, a microwave, dishwasher and more. The living room has high speed Internet access, a DVD/CD player with surround sound, Satellite TV. Beit Yam has other additions including an washer & dryer and Weber Bar-b-que.

Beit Yam Vacation Rental is in Irish Beach. Guests of Beit Yam have card key access to 12 miles of beach that stretches from just below Beit Yam thru Manchester State Beach to the Point Arena Light House. Along the rugged Northern California Coast, this is one of the few beaches of its kind. Guests of Beit Yam also have access to Pomo Pond with an adjacent playground. To the South of Beit Yam are the towns of Manchester with a full size grocery store; Point Arena featuring a theater, gym, library, wharf & the light house; & Gualala featuring artist venues and more. To the North of Beit Yam is the town of Elk featuring the famous breakfast spot, Queenies Roadhouse; the historic town of Mendocino with lots of boutique shops & the beautiful headlands; the 'bustling' town of Fort Bragg features the Mendocino Botanical Gardens, Skunk Train & Glass Beach. As a favorite get-away the Mendocino Coast offers many world class restaurants all along the Coast as well as whale watching and more.

  • Each bathroom is beautifully tiled. The master bathroom is also huge and has in-floor radiant heat that is thermostatically controlled.

  • The master bedroom is upstairs. It is a huge room with a California King bed. A porta-crib may be set up and there will still be room to spare. When you wake up in the morning open your eyes to a beautiful ocean view. Leave the lights on for a while before you go to bed and you will have a wonderful view of the night sky. The bedroom downstairs has wood paneling and a romantic Jotel propane stove. It is thermostatically controlled, so there is no need to get up to turn it off. While laying in bed look out the sliding glass door to a panoramic ocean view. The third sleeping room is technically a den because there is no closet. But do not be fooled. This room features an IKEA couch that folds down into a comfortable full size bed. From the bed in this room guests can look through the sliding glass door to a panoramic view of the ocean. This is the room with kids games and books.
