- Our rates ALREADY include the daily valet and resort fees. This saves you an extra $45 per night in addition to the lower daily rate by booking direct with an owner of a suite at the Sandpearl Resort and Spa. Rates in Peak season range from $389 to $509/nt.
- A deposit of 50% is required to hold your reservation if booking more than 60 days in advance otherwise you must pay in full at time of reservation. We must receive payment by credit card for the deposit the day of initial booking. Once it is received, your dates are officially reserved.
The balance of the rental payment is due 60 days prior to check-in. If booking within 60 days from arrival the entire amount is due at time of reservation. The booking will be canceled and the deposit forfeited for non payment.
