The recreation center features several outdoor hot tubs, a gym, game room, lap pool and massage therapy is available. In the summer there is a large pool and a kiddie pool in addition to the lap pool. There is a world class tennis center and a gorgeous 18 hole golf course that meanders through Martis Valley and the Mountain. Additionally, Northstar has its own set of hiking trails and world class mountain biking. The Northstar ski resort is a full service area with a new base village that includes an ice skating rink that become a roller skating rink in the summer, shops and restaurants. Equipment rentals are also available. This resort is very family friendly with a children's ski school and day care facilities.
We are only 10 minutes to King's Beach on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe. Here you will find large beaches, water toys, playgrounds, restaurants and shopping. Going the other direction we are 10 minutes from Historic Truckee with great restaurants and shopping. For you dealers in chance, casinos are only 40 minutes from Reno or 20 minutes to Incline Village on the Lake. This will be a trip you'll remember for years to come!
