The La Jolla Cottage is a tropical paradise located at the world famous Windansea Beach. It is located within the La Jolla school district and is just blocks from La Jolla High where there are state of the art tennis courts and a year round public swimming pool.
This beach cottage is only 3 blocks from the beach an easy 5 minute walk. The beach is well known for its surf as well as beautiful sunset walks that can lead you into the very heart of the village of La Jolla. The village of La Jolla offers the finest in restaurants and shopping where there is something for everyone. Also nearby is the famous children's beach with the seals that can be seen year round lazing on the beach! Just 15 minutes from SeaWorld, 20 mins from the World Famous San Diego Zoo and 40 mins from Legoland.
This is a great family home. A short 20 minute ride on the freeway and you'll be in beautiful Balboa Park, Downtown and the Gas Lamp District. You'll need to return again & again.
