Located in northern Columbia County our house is rural but near enough to town that you can run out for milk or ice cream and be back before anyone notices. Like having your own park; we have 100+ acres to play, swim, fish and hike on. Our 140 year old house is part of the beautiful landscape surrounding it. The front porch faces east for great morning coffee and the patio make for a wonderful place to have dinner and watch the setting sun. Yes, the location near Berkshire attractions is perfect, but hanging around the house and pond is sometimes all you need to do. Light a fire in the marble fireplace and cook your dinner in the wood-fired oven while your guests enjoy a spacious dining and entertainment experience.
Enjoy a sauna & swim in the pond. Hike through 126 acres of forest and fields. Have a leisurely game of croquet while the barbecue is warming up or you make your way to Lenox or Chatham for a gourmet dinner. There are bikes in the garage and a canoe at the pond.
