It is located on a half-acre property in the quiet area of Sapsila, with a view to the sea. The quaint, old fishing village of Grikos and Patmos Town (Chora), with its medieval sightseeing attractions are only a 10 minute walk away.
You can enjoy the majestic sea view from one of the two large verandas where a breakfast made of local specialties is served, or ask Christos to take you on a boat ride around the island and to visit the nearby islands, ideal for swimming, fishing and diving.

Patmos is a picturesque island located in the Dodecanese island cluster in the eastern Aegean Sea. It has 3,000 inhabitants. Its main villages are Skala, Patmos Town (Chora) and Grikos and Kambos.
Since Patmos is a small island, all its locations are easily accessible in a short period of time. Be sure to visit Patmos Town (Chora), with its imposing old mansions that cluster around the famous fortress Monastery of Saint John, that dates back to 1088AD. Those of you interested in ought to visit Skala. The port is found here, and a number of restaurants, bars, clubs and open-air cafes.
The village of Grikos, on the other hand, with its old seafront, offers a romantic view of the sea with its vividly painted fishing boats. Here you can find lovely beaches with plenty of shade.
Patmos is surrounded by a number of small islands, easily accessible by a motorboat or yacht. The sea is ideal for swimming, fishing and scuba diving.
