- Security deposit is held in the form of a credit card on file.
- Deposits: 50% deposit upon booking. Balance due 30 days before arrival date. Holiday weeks and weekends must be paid in full at time of booking. $35.00 per person per day over the 6 person occupancy. Cancellation Policy: A 30 day cancellation notice is required for full refund. If notice is not given 30 days in advance of the arrival date, the 50% deposit will become a cancellation fee. Other Fees: *$110.00 nonrefundable cleaning fee will be added to the total amount of the rental fee. A credit card is required on file as a security deposit to insure the payment of any damages to the property. We will not charge the card for damages until we have spoken to you first. Any and all damages to the property must be reported immediately to the owner and will be the responsibility of the renter.

Children under the age of 16 must be supervised at all times by an adult while in the pool area. It is the responsibility of the renter to make sure that all family members especially small children are guarded agents injury or fatality around the pool and spa as well as around the rest of the property.
There is a $100.00 utility credit, given to all guests that stay less than 30 days. Anything over this credit will be billed to the guest. Monthly renters pay all utilities.

Located in a very small and friendly cul-de-sac, you will find that this home is quiet and relaxing. There is no traffic noise from cars driving through every few minutes to disturb the peaceful surroundings. You will truly feel like you are on vacation. Grocery stores, drug stores, dry cleaners, gas stations, beauty salons and restaurants are two minutes away from the house making it easy to get everything you need without driving all over town.
This home is very special with many upgrades. Crown molding, chair railing, marble tile floors, ceiling fans, designer furnishings, limited edition art, high quality linens and towels are among some of the features you can enjoy throughout the home. The living room is large and has a floor to ceiling custom mirror giving it a wide open feeling. Sliding glass doors from the living room takes you to a tiled patio out to the pool area with views of the golf course and the Santa Rosa Mountains.
The pool is brand new and has many features. It is built with stone not tile and has a high privacy wall with a 3 foot copper spout spilling a flat stream of water into the pool. The spa is raised above the pool and also spills into the pool like a waterfall. Separate controls in the spa allow you to adjust the heat, lights and jets without having to go to the indoor control panel. The pool also has a wide tanning bench where you can lay in one foot of water and just relax. If you need shade in the pool, you can add an umbrella in a slot right in the center of the tanning bench.
Golf: The Palm Desert Country Club has had a multi million dollar face lift and is beautiful. Golf Inc. has voted it the best renovation of the year. Best of all, the green fees are still some of the lowest in the valley. The house is located on the signature hole of the country club. It over looks a double fairway with lake and mountain views. The course has many mature palm trees and the lake has 3 pools that cascade into each other by waterfall. Walking distance to the club house makes this home ideal for golfers.
Guest Book: Dear Adi, Before heading out tomorrow morning, we just wanted to say 'thank you'! This vacation has been everything we could have hoped for, made all the more special by having stayed at your wonderful home in the Desert. The kids have been in the pool all week...couldn't get them out...we stuck close to 'home' and relaxed! It was great for Marc and I...so peaceful and restful. We hope to stay again next year and will book for two weeks at the end of March as soon as we find out what the holiday break looks like for Emily. You may even hear from my parents, who head down to PD every winter for an extended stay...I sung the praises of the Sweet Spot!
