Beautiful and peaceful riverfront spot!: Armstrong Woods State Park just minutes away. Only 20 minutes to the beautiful Pacific coast: also to the charming town of Healdsburg with it's world-class dining; 20 minutes to Sebastopol with terrific shopping; and 20 minutes to Santa Rosa with every convenience. Convenient to wineries, restaurants & shopping. Horseback riding, hot air balloon rides, fishing excursions, seasonal whale watching, or take a safari at Safari West.
Beautifully decorated with many amenities.: Enjoy the views, relax with a book, curl up by the fire, or watch TV. Large video/DVD library, a variety of games and books. Antique painted desk in great room creates a work corner with fax machine. Wireless Broadband Internet access available. Separate dining room with high pine paneled ceilings, padded wicker chairs, and ebony farm table. Dining room opens onto deck, and has additional balcony which overlooks woods, lawn and river. Full kitchen has everything you could possibly need during your stay. Stainless propane grill on deck. Lovely two bedrooms have high ceilings & remote controlled overhead fans. En suite Sage green bedroom w/ queen bed. Flat panel TV with cable & DVD player 2nd bedroom has French blue walls with luxurious queen bed. Flat panel Cable TV Luxurious bedding includes feath\er beds, down comforters, and wonderfully soft sheets and duvets. Cozy & inviting loft is the perfect additional sleeping space! Two twins or converted to king sized bed
Outdoor spaces offer something for everyone: The top level of the two tiered deck has a gas barbecue, table and chairs for al fresco dining. The lower level has a hot tub overlooking the river and trees, with a seating area as well. The lawn area has a seasonal draped teak gazebo on a flagstone patio. There are steps leading down to the Russian River from the lawn for perfect river access for swimming, or water crafts. *Due to county zoning and permit restrictions, we do NOT allow large parties of any kind, including weddings and wedding rehearsals at our property*
