An Invitation: Coastal Concepts, Inc., a design and development team, is excited to announce that its latest project, 'Shorewinds,' is now available to rent to discriminating guests. This stylish home is located on the beachside of Lakeshore Road in desirable Union Pier. The interior environment cleverly mixes the use of original artwork, artifacts and antiques in a playful way that captures the essence of coastal living. French doors lead from the kitchen to a side patio which is adjacent to the beach path. Fenced for privacy, you can enjoy outdoor dining while listening to the waves crashing onto the shore. Vintage style wicker furniture sits under the pergola covered deck and is a inviting spot to spend the late afternoon relaxing with a good book and a beverage. A classic bench is nestled by the firepit for late evening star gazing. This is a cottage that you'll be thrilled that you chose for sharing with your loved ones.
Reservations: Reservations are not secured until a 50 % rental deposit and a signed contract are received. The balance is due 30 days before the scheduled arrival along with a security deposit and housekeeping fee. There is a 3 night minimum for holiday and Special Event Weekends, at the weekend rate. Payment in full is required with bookings made less than 30 days in advance. Check in at 4pm and check out at 11am on Fridays for weekly rentals. Cancellation fees may apply.
Special Events: Ask us about our special event weekend packages which include Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Apple Cider Century, Harvest Days and Notre Dame Football games.
Ski: Snow shoes are furnished at the cottage for our guests' use at no extra charge.
