The three bedroom, three full bathroom condominium is newly furnished with a tropical motif and colorfully painted. It has a great 1200 square foot floor plan. Upstairs are two master bedroom suites, each with its own bathroom and queen beds. One bedroom faces the ocean with a lanai and view of the ocean, the other faces Mauna Loa. The third bedroom is on the main level with twin beds and a bathroom. The main level living room is equipped with a sleeper sofa, coffee table, easy chair and a desk. The living room lanai has patio table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for home cooking including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, pots, pans and dishes. There’s a raised kitchen counter and barstools as well as a table and chairs for mealtimes. This Condo is a new addition to the vacation rental pool. It was previously used as an owner's vacation home.
