Cottage Description: Comfortable family cottage with an eat-in kitchen that was just renovated in the spring of 2007. Fire-placed living room and additional large front room perfect for playing games and relaxing while watching the dune beach grasses blowing from the shore breezes. Great yard for family games of bocce, croquet, wiffle ball, kick ball, football and catch.
Semi-Private Beach: Walk over sand dune to beach on Nantucket Sound. Over 150 feet of waterfront shared with only 3 other homes. Softest sand you'll find anywhere on Cape Cod. Spend the day on the beach and bring a cooler or take a break from the sun and eat back at the cottage; no need to get in a car or put on sandals. Best place to take a peaceful, early morning or sunset walk on the beach or swim then walk back to rinse off in outdoor shower.
Central Location: If you want to leave the perfect setting of the cottage and beach, West Dennis is centrally located on the Cape to let you see all of the attractions the entire Cape has to offer. Hyannis is a 20-25 minute drive with great shopping and ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket as well as day fishing trips and pirate ship excursions for children. Provincetown and the Cape Cod National Seashore is in the other direction about 45 minutes away.
