Games Room Fun: Our **Games Room** has Pool Table, Air Hockey, American Foosball and a Dart Board, this will Keep the young and old ones occupied while you chill out with a cold beer or glass of wine. Our home is fully air conditioned and has ceiling fans fitted in all rooms for additional comfort.
Splash Around: The Private heatable screened pool has a large deck area which is south facing so you can enjoy all day sunshine and dine outside using our gas barbeque. We have a covered lanai for respite from the sun when it gets too hot. With new luxury patio table and chairs, Loungers and Pool side furniture there is ample outdoor seating for all of our guests
Golf: Our home is ideally situated for all you Golf Lovers. There is ample choice of Golf Courses to choose from with the nearest being some 2 min Drive or even within walking distance if you feel energetic.
