Information about this townhome rental in Panama City Beach
Downstairs there is a half bath, and a fully-stocked kitchen. The dining area has a large table that seats six and additional seating for four at the bar. The great room has three recliners, as well as, a queen size sleeper sofa. There is also a large entertainment center with a cable TV/VCR/DVD and a stereo with a five disc CD player. The patio out back has a 'bistro' table and chairs, charcoal grill, and four bikes(three adults bikes - one child's) to use free of charge (Note - one contains an attached baby seat). Next to the patio is a conveniently located washer and dryer. From the front porch, you will catch a glimpse of one of the eleven pools within our complex.
Upstairs you will find two beautifully furnished bedrooms, each containing King size beds, cable TVs, and spacious closets. Outside of the master bedroom is an outdoor balcony with lounge chairs and a table. There is also a full bath. You will also find an ample supply of linens,a hair dryer, iron with ironing board.

Gulf Highlands is located in the center of Panama City Beach, with a club house and pool on the beach. Eleven pools with in this gated community as well as tennis courts and shuffleboard and Putt-putt golf. Free use of the bicycles included in your price. Close to restaurants, museums, go-cart rides, water park, zoo, golfing, shopping center, movie theater,boating and the piers. This is a great place for a family vacation.
