Many come here to enjoy the peace and serenity of the uncrowded beaches of Sunset and Ocean Isle. But, if you want a busy vacation, you won't be disappointed either. There are a lot of activities in the area including fishing, swimming, boating, golfing, parasailing, museums, art galleries, a winery and lots of shopping and dining. Restaurants in the area offer fresh seafood, great Italian specialties, pizza, Mexican, Chinese as well as wonderful breakfast spots. Finish the day at the beach with a visit to the Calabash Creamery for a delicious frozen custard treat. When staying at this villa, you have access to two swimming pools and hot tubs, tennis courts and outdoor BBQ grills. Sound perfect? We think so.

Take a step back in time with a visit to historic Wilmington NC. Just head North on Hwy 17 to visit Wilmington's great waterfront historic district on the Cape Fear River. You can take a horse and carriage ride through the old town area, tour the historic homes, stroll through the unique shops and boutiques. Wilmington has great restaurants that range from casual oyster bars to fine dining.
