Next to All the Action and Water Sports, Ocean!: Air Conditioning: Some renters will tell you there is air conditioning, and when you show up, they are only boxes. This is full central air conditioning, with each room, having its own control. Washer: 2 of each washer and dryer and pantry area in the condominium, so no need to travel. Dryer: 2 and all new. Linens Provided: All new linens and all king size beds. Garage: 1 underground parking, with remote and security guard on duty. Covered Parking: Automated gates and remotes. Off Street Parking: Full amount of off-street parking Elevator: Fully operational and leads directly to the condo. August and September 2008 we will be recieving a new elevator and this may be out of order during this time. We are fortunate to be on the second floor and easy to get to. No problem for the handicap any other time. No Stairs

Guest Book: Outstanding Location and very nice Accommodation Great Time for All Spokane, Wa. Thank you very much for letting us stay in your home. This was a very nice treat for my family and you had such nice aminities with the computers and TVs to enjoy. We enjoyed The pool by morning and the Beach in the afternoon. The water shuttle tip was good to know. It saved us taxi money and we were able to come and go as we pleased with no car. I would easily tell anyone to visit this fine home with great views.No complaints at all. You may want to let people know how close you are to all the major attractions in town. Cabo Wabo, Hard Rock, Margaritaville etc. Thank you, Bill
