From Points South Richmond, Carolinas etc. take I-395 North into Washington DC; Follow I-395 towards D Street/U.S. Capitol tunnel exit; Follow through tunnel to New York Avenue/US-50 and turn right - - stay in right lane; Follow New York Avenue to M Street and make slight right onto M Street, stay in left lane; Follow M Street to North Capitol Street and make left turn onto North Capitol; Follow North Capitol north for approximately 1 mile turn right onto Franklin Street NE.
