Information about this estate rental in Clovis
Our home is located on a 2 acre estate. We have recently completed a 22 by 20 ft home theater with 100'' screen. We have a private lake, sandy beach and pool with waterfall cascading down to it. We have comfortable sit down space to accommodate 25 in our patio area that looks like a small Bistro. Our home is 4000 sq. ft. with 20 ft fireplace in the living room. We are located in Clovis the gateway to the Sierras. We are 1 hour from Kings Canyon, Sequoia National Park, and 1 hour from the southern gate to Yosemite National Park. Both areas are magnificent to see. We also have a not well known private cat reserve one half hour away with wild cats and tigers from all over the world. Private tours only $7 per person. If you like to gamble, we are 30 min away from the newly constructed Chukchansi Indian Casino, and for the kids, we are located right next door to Wild water adventure Water Park. We have a massage table and a personal masseuse you can schedule as well. You'll love it .

- One bedroom downstairs with a king bed. In back of this bedroom is a very small room with bunkbeds that are twin size. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a queen size bed and in the family room there is a sleeper sofa that makes into a queen. Note that sleeper sofas are not as comfortable a the regular beds
