Rate information for this Orwell cottage rental
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $600 to $900 per week.
- The rental rates below are for up to 6 people. An additional fee will apply if more than 6 (maximum of 7 people). A $100 deposit is required within 7 days to hold reservations. The balance is required 30 days prior to the check in date. A security deposit of $100 is also required 30 days prior to the check in date and will be refunded within 7 days of departure providing that there is no damage done to the property, furnishings, or equipment. If there is a need to cancel, the rental deposit will be returned providing that the cottage can be re-rented.
May 30th to June 26th, 2009: Weekly $600.
June 27th to August 28th 2009: Weekly $900. (minimum 7 day rental during peak season).
August 29th to October 11th, 2009: Weekly $600.
Two day weekends are available during non-peak months for $300. Each additional night is $100. - Sorry: We do not allow pets or smoking
