- The 1st floor bedroom has a queen size bed. The loft bedroom has set of twins. Pullout in living room is a full. The railing system to the second floor is horizontal metal tubing. It resembles the guard rail on a cruise ship. This is not recommended for young children, as it is not to be climbed.

Additional Home For Larger Groups: Whether it's a wedding, family vacation, or weekend getaway, you might consider renting these adjacent homes together. They are in close proximity, yet private. The Main House and Guest House sleep a total of 13 comfortably. Total 3 full bathrooms, 2 outdoor showers, 2 kitchens, Just think of all the room to spread out. Very casual atmosphere, and right in the center of town. Looking for a property to hold your event, we accommodate all sorts of rental needs.
Location Can't be Beat!: Located right in the heart of Edgartown, its just a 3 minute walk to the Stop N Shop, Package, Diner, and Dairy Queen. Curtis Lane is located at the tip of Cannonball Park, a quiet neighborhood just off the beaten path, yet right in town, and is 6 blocks to the Edgartown Harbor and Yacht Club (Less than 3/4 of a mile from the house) and is less than a 15 minute stroll. The closest Beach is Fuller Street Beach of less than a mile and is the opening of the Edgartown Harbor with the Lighthouse . State Beach,'Bend in the road' is just over 1 1/2 miles,and South Beach is just over 3 miles, both have good bike paths and are on the bus routes.
'Caretaker' on premesis PRO'S***: The owner lives in the caretakers cottage at the back of the property. Every effort is made to respect your privacy! Separate yards and extensive Landscaping give plenty of Privacy. The Layout to this compound, against the In-Town Private 'Edgartown Golf Club' Woods as a back drop, is just spectacular! I wrote this, and I believe it! I recently had an Electrical Transformer, in the neighborhood, Blow in the middle of hte night. I was out there on my cell phone and within 1 hour NSTAR, elc. co., had fixed it. That saved both rental houses refrigerator contents for sure.The Vacationing Clientele didn't even know it! That was the best part. They spent their time on their Vacation, not calling agencies, Rental Agents, or the Owner (ME), I knew it first. So I'll have to toot my own horn here. The occasional Flashlight, Dining Recommendation, or Babysitting Reference, letting Pets in/out need be, That's a given, I really do have expectations for you to have a great vacation.
