- The summer period is for 5 months May 1st-September 30th for $40,000.
- During the summer period housecleaning will be provided twice a month and will include dusting, cleaning floors, light kitchen cleaning and bathrooms. Laundry service is not provided but there is a washer and dryer on site for your use. Summer renters are responsible for paying for propane to heat the pool. Utilities for the house is provided by owner as are internet (DSL) and basic satellite TV package.

Notes:
The house has central air and heating, working fireplace available for proper use. All linens and towels are provided, summer renters are responsible for laundering (washer and dryer are available for use in the basement). We provide toilet paper, paper towels and firewood and propane for the grill to start you off with (for summer renters May 1 -September 30), after initial supply is used please re-stock. We have a very well-provided kitchen with a nice new Viking cooktop/wall oven and enough wine glasses etc to be able to entertain comfortably (you can always check on numbers) We provide wireless internet and a basic satellite package for no cost to the renter. Any extra satellite packages (sports package etc, please let us know and we will order for you at your expense) We do not provide bicycles or canoes, please bring your own or rent locally, the Delaware River is fantastic and the Canal Path is a great, flat spot safe for even youngsters to ride bikes safe from traffic
