- We have a set of cribs that are available to rent for $20 a week which is the cost to have them set up -we have have 2 high chairs that are available at no charge. There is a large air conditioner in the master bedroom that keeps the 2 bedrooms upstairs cool for the few days that is gets very humid. We also include 4 beach chairs, 2 coolers, 3 boogie boards, and 2 pails and shovels for the beach. The basement has a washer and dryer. We also have an outside close line and sand box for kids.
