Rate information for this Boone cabin rental

  • $200 per night + tax and $85 cleaning fee with a 2-night minimum.
  • • $200 per night + tax and $85 cleaning fee with a 2-night minimum.

    • To confirm your reservation, a security deposit of $300 is due within 3 days of booking the reservation.
    This deposit is not applied toward rent; however, the security deposit. is fully refundable within 14 days of departure, provided the provisions listed in the Rental Rules and Regulations Agreement are met.
    An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 30 days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied to the room rent. Please make payment in the form of traveler's check, money order or personal check payable to Annabelle Suddreth. The balance of rent is due fourteen (14) days before your arrival date

    • Cancellation Policy- A (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. If the cancellation is made between 14 and 30 days prior to the arrival date, the $300.00 deposit is forfeited.

Cinnamon Trace is your home away from home. 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths provide comfortable accommodations for 6. Open the loft sleeper sofa to sleep 2 more for a total of 8. The master bedroom and bath are on the main level, along with the fully-equipped kitchen, dining area with seating for 10, main gathering area and powder room. Two more bedrooms are upstairs, along with a full bath and a loft. The two separate gathering areas provide plenty of space to spread out and relax. A welcoming front porch and view back porch provide great places to read, rest and converse. All linens and towels are provided.

If you decide to venture out, local area attractions are just a short drive away and include: skiing, golfing, shopping, hiking, biking, fishing, horseback riding, and gem mining. Local favorites include Grandfather Mountain, Tweetsie Railroad, The Blowing Rock, Linville Caverns and Falls and many scenic stops along the Blue Ridge Parkway.
