Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Weekly Rentals are Saturday through Saturday. Check-in time 3:00pm; Check-out time 11:00am

**Rates are for up to 6 guests. Add $35 per person for up to a maximum of 8 guests. Please inquire for weekend or other rates.
Pontoon available for rent at $500 per week (gas not included)

A Deposit of $200 is due when you make your reservation.

We do not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.

Pets: Due to allergies in our family we can not allow pets at this cottage.
Private Lake Frontage and Property Details: Our cottage does have a really nice sandy beach that is shallow and has a gradual descending depth for about 80 feet out. At about 80 feet from shore the water is about 4 feet deep and the bottom turns mucky. The drop off is another 40-60ft out. This is a really nice beach for younger children. We have 4 and they LOVE the beach and dock area. For adults and older teen agers who wish to swim in water deeper than 4ft deep, they use the paddle boat or other floatation device to get to the drop off to swim. Or there is a park within walking distance that has a swimming area that also has a nice sandy beach the drops of more quickly. We have 60 ft of Private Lake frontage with our cottage, however, the street (Church Rd) runs between the cottage and the lake front. We own on both sides of the street along with an additional lot behind the cottage. Nearly an acre of property to enjoy with this cottage. The cottage is on a paved county road which ends a couple

Guest Book: We Thoroughly Enjoyed our stay...The weather was terrific! Temps near 80deg and sunny skies...The kids couldn't have been more excited about fishing off the dock... We lost count of the Blue Gill and Perch and caught a couple of nice Bass as well...Terrific neighbors...made us feel very welcome. We hated to leave but are taking away some wonderful family memories that will last a lifetime. Would definitely recommend this to family and friends as a great place to relax and get away from it all.
