Location: This town home is located in a well maintained association that has two outdoor pools, 6 tennis courts, hot tub and sauna. There are numerous hiking and skiing trails on the grounds. The view is across a farm field and of Mt. Mansfield.
Winter: It is only three miles from the Stowe Ski Area, which has recently undergone major changes to its beginner and intermediate areas. There also is a new gondola connecting Mt. Mansfield with Spruce Mountain. Just up the road is the Von Trapp Lodge with numerous cross country ski trails.
Summer/Fall: In the summer there are numerous outdoor activities including the Von Trapp Music Festival and pond and garden tours. The town home is located adjacent to the five mile recreation path leading into town and bikes may be rented nearby. Toll Road is open to the top and you can drive your vehicle up the same trails you skied in the winter. Of course, there is foliage time with all the great colors visible from your unit.
