Rental Information: All request are subject to space/ availability and can be made by Telephone, Fax or Email. Confirmation will be returned within 24 hours. All Properties are non- smoking and no pets allowed. Our Check-in time is 4.PM and Check out is 10.AM. An Early Check-in or late Checkout prior arrangement $75 plus tax.
Deposit Information: One night deposit that is non-refundable is required and will be applied to the total amount due. The final payment is due 30 days before your arrival and is non- refundable at that point. The final payments will be billed to your credit card on file unless other payment arrangements have been made.
Cancellation Information: One night deposit is non- refundable. Cancellations must be in writing. Also, any cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will result in loss of deposits.
