Non-Smoking home and No Pets allowed! Guest must have their own transportation. Fully-equipped kitchen, wood burning fireplace, three TV/VCR's, solarium with hot tub (winter only), and wet bar. The kitchen has all the modern conveniences along with an 1890's era wood burning cook-stove for atmosphere. Come enjoy the gorgeous views, in a peaceful setting with all the comforts of home.
Bedding: Bedroom #1 - one queen bed; #2 - two twin beds; #3 - one queen bed; #4 - two queen beds and two sets of bunks; #5 - one queen sofa sleeper and 1 queen bed. Total capacity: 18 people.

This must be in the form of a personal check, which will be held. The security deposit will be returned within 15 days of departure as long as there are no missing or damaged articles, damages to the home or excessive cleaning necessary. Normal wear and tear excluded. - CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made more than 45 days prior to arrival (60 days prior for Christmas and month of March), will forfeit one night's lodging. Cancellations made less than 45 days prior to arrival (60 days prior for Christmas and month of March) are subject to full forfeiture, unless the unit can be re-booked (any refund will be pro-rated), but the one night's cancellation fee will still apply.
