Big friendly dogs are welcome. Laid back environment that is smoking friendly, outside.
Nature Haven in the heart of South Austin : Wake up to birds singing or go to sleep to an owl hooting, frogs croaking (in the wet seasons). Sit on deck and feel like being out in the country, serene private location but close and easy access to events. Best of both worlds --- have the convenience of easy access to attractions and a peaceful tranquil haven to relax and unwind.
Convenient access to downtown entertainment.: Located in trendy '78704', South Austin, can walk to live music, 24 hour food, and bus stop. Cool off in the famous Barton Springs pool, enjoy the hike and bike trail around the lake. Just 5 - 10 minutes to: Downtown, 6th Street, Soco – South Congress, Long Performing Arts Center, ACL Grounds, Convention Center, Bob Bullouck Museum, Capital, UT, LBJ Library, and at dusk catch the bats leave the bridge.
