Brand new, built and completed in 2006, upper floor, 3 bedroom and 3 bath luxury condominium, with central air-conditioning and large, well lit, covered lanai. Our newly and elegantly furnished home, comfortably sleeps up to 8 people, with California King Beds in both the master suite and second bedroom and two twin beds in the third bedroom. The bedrooms include luxury 400-thread-count bed linens, pillow-top mattresses, plasma televisions and Spa robes.
The gourmet kitchen features granite counters, eating bar, custom kitchen cabinets, and all stainless steel appliances.
There are four Plasma televisions, DVD, TiVo, HBO, X-box, i-pod docking station, CD player, free high speed wireless internet access, fax, phone, and copy machine and all long distance and local calls are included. You will have access to the complex swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and fitness center.

The Princeville Hotel and Hanalei Bay Resort are within walking distance with a beautiful shared beach, restaurants, spa and golf courses. Miles of walking paths surround the adjacent Princeville Makai Golf Course and a short two-minute drive brings you to the top-seeded, Prince Golf Course; rated number one by Golf Digest Magazine. The Princeville Center offers a grocery store, bank/ATM, post office, restaurants and shops. It is only few miles in either direction to a historic Hanalei town and to Kilauea Lighthouse.
