Cape in perfect condition, cathedral ceilings with skylights, second floor loft area for leisurely reading and sleeping, sliding glass doors to spacious deck for outside BBQ's and dining. House equipped with total amenities, recessed on cul-de-sac for peace and quiet, very accessible to best beaches, restaurants, shops and movies. Close to the National Seahore beaches (best on Cape), 1/2 mile to beach and shuttles that take you to the ocean in minutes. Total of four bedrooms - 1 Queen, 1 Queen, 1 Queen, 2 Twins - Loft Area - 2 Twins. Each bedroom is charmingly decorated. Two bedrooms are on the first floor and two bedrooms are on the second floor. There is a full bath on the first floor with a washer and dryer behind louvre doors. The second floor has a full bath with double vanity, tub and shower. TV with cable, telephone, DVD and audio player for entertainment. Parking, garage and outdoor grill. No pets, non-smoking only, children welcome.
