Screened porch with Ping Pong and Foosball, private pool and outside shower. First Floor: Foyer: Master bedroom (K) with bath, bedroom (Q), bedroom (Q), bedroom(2 bunk sets 4T) and screened porch with TV. Every bedroom has a TV and DVD player. Second Floor: Large open room living room with hardwood floors, large TV/DVD w/surround sound, large screen porch with TV outside. The gourmet kitchen with every appliance and utensil overlooks a large dining room. Another extra room with (Q) trundle and a hall half bath. Front Porch access with views of the inter-coastal waterway. Third Floor: Rooftop porch overlooking Atlantic Ocean
