The security deposit will be refunded within ten days of departure if the cottage is left in the same manor in which it was rented. The person making the booking must be 21 or older
- Cancellation Policy; A full refund will be given if the reservation is cancelled fourteen days or more prior to arrival date. The rental deposit will be forfieted if the cancellation is less than fourteen days notice prior to arrival.
