Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- We accept credit cards. A deposit (by credit card) equal to half the total rental rate is required when reservation is made with the balance being paid no less than 2-weeks prior to check-in date. Deposits/payments on reservations (June 28th to Oct 4th) will be refunded only if we are able to rebook your reservation for the time reserved. There is a $50 cancellation fee on all reservations.

There is a 2-night minimum. Reservations for less than 5 nights and reservations made less than 2-weeks prior to check-in date must be paid in full when reservation is made.
