- There are 3 full bathrooms in the house. On the main level is a master bathroom with a shower and a second full bathroom with a jetted tub. On the lower level, there is a full bathroom with a shower. Each bathroom has plenty of luxurious towels and washcloths and here's a surprise --we supply your soaps, shampoos and conditioners in hotel style containers! You'll have one less thing to worry about when you're packing. There are also 2 blow dryers, one in the master bath and one in the lower level bath.

- There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed with an attached bathroom, a walk-in closet and cable TV. The two lower level bedrooms have a king size bed and a queen size bed. There is also a loft area overlooking the main floor great room, which is furnished like a living room and has a queen size sleeper sofa. The lower level living room also has a queen size sleeper sofa. The house sleeps ten comfortably and, of course, we supply the linens for all beds and the sleeper sofas, as well as extra pillows and blankets. There is also a pack-n-play and hi-chair.

The history of the house: Our two families have vacationed together on the beach in western Michigan for several years We bought this 10-year old home from the original owners, in January of 2007, to continue our vacation tradition and to rent it to you. The house is immaculate and all furnishings are brand new (furniture, mattresses, linens, towels, etc.). Because we used to be renters too, we have tried to reduce what you'll need to pack by stocking our house with everything we think you'll need, including some things that you probably wouldn't expect. When you wake up in the morning you will find that there is already a full can of coffee next to the coffeemaker. You'll also find tea bags and the condiments you would otherwise have to pack such as sugar, creamer, salt and pepper. No need to buy paper towels or napkins. We supply those too. You have access to a washer and dryer and we supply the stain remover and detergent. You won't have to pack bulky beach towels either as we provide those.
The main level and loft: The house has two levels plus a loft. Each level has a full kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom so two families could easily share the house. The main level has a great room (combining living room, dining room and kitchen) with sliding glass doors to the deck; a master bedroom with a king size bed, cable TV, master bathroom and walk-in closet; a second bathroom with a jetted tub; a laundry room with a new, large capacity washer and a dryer; and a loft over the great room, which includes a queen size sleeper sofa and desk. As you can see from the picture, the kitchen is modern, spacious and clean. There is a coffee maker, blender and toaster and abundant dishes, glassware, cookware, serving pieces, plastic cups and plates for the kids, baking pans, measuring cups and spoons… you get the idea! The dining area has a table and six chairs. There are also 4 bar stools that surround the kitchen island and a high chair. The main floor great room has a gas fireplace.
The lower level: The lower level has a living room (with a queen sleeper sofa) and sliding glass doors to the patio with a portable hammock for an afternoon nap! The lower level also has a second full kitchen; two bedrooms (one with a king bed, one with a queen) and a full bathroom. Both the main floor and lower level living rooms have TVs with Premium Cable packages and DVD players.
