- The master bedroom features '40's hawaiiana décor' with king bed, cable television and VCR. Awesome ocean, city and park views. The second bedroom features an Asian theme with queen bed, desk, cable television and outrageous ocean, city and park views. Incredible, large lanai has a sectional seating area that has been made with two twin futons put into the corner. This can be used for sleeping space for those wanting to sleep outside listening to the waves. As of June 5, 2009, Nui Kai will feature a queen size pull-out sofa in the living room that sleeps up to 2 adults.
