The cottage has three bedrooms, spacious living/ dining room, kitchen, bathroom and sleeps six. A front screened in porch with furniture and a back deck with outside shower and gas grill, with front and back yard. A minute walk to Campground beach, this bay beach offers warm water and easy waves for swimming and relaxing, unforgettable sunsets. For those looking for a bigger beach and waves or a sunrise on the Atlantic Ocean the cottage is three miles from Nauset Light beach in the middle of the preserved Cape Cod National Seashore. You will be located close to restaurants, ice cream, mini golf, golf, antique shops, nature walks, museums, drive-in theater, flea market, bike rental shops and the newly refinished Cape Cod Rail Trail which is great for biking, rollerblading, or walking. Drive to Ptown for whale watching, great shops, seafood, etc.

This lovely cottage is the ideal vacation spot for all who enjoy the beach and the activities that make the lower cape so special. This is a quiet and safe neighborhood where families and friends can enjoy just relaxing on the screened in front porch or in the back yard for a BBQ. It's a quick walk to the bay beach for the day or a sunset, and is also located in the heart of all the daily and nightly activities and events to choose from on the Cape. If you consider yourself a beach bum Eastham gives you the option of miles of ocean or bay beaches, beachcombing, surfing, swimming and long walks. You could rent kayaks/canoes/surf boards and lessons. Perhaps whale watching in P town or charter fishing for striped bass or blues out of Rock Harbor, Orleans or Wellfleet Harbor, Wellfleet, is a great day trip. Cape Cod is ideal for day hiking or biking on many trails. Enjoy nightlife dining to live music at many local restaurants/bars, catch a play, or an Orleans Cardinals baseball game.
