We are proud to introduce our lovely log home built in 2000 and situated in the peaceful private community of 'Soper Point.' It is located in the heart of the Adirondacks on First Lake in Old Forge. Our home is the perfect getaway in all seasons. Whether you want to boat or swim on the lake, appreciate the serenity of the fall foliage, or experience the thrill of snowmobiling, our home on the lake is the place for you. It is in 'like new' condition with 3,000 sq ft of living space. The home is on a non-through private lane with 12 other upscale homes, and it is positioned on a prime 1.65 acre 'point lot' with a sandy bottom, dock, 675' on the lake, and towering 60' hemlocks. You'll appreciate the Adirondack-style decor, a high-quality Bose sound system, a wonderful vaulted ceiling in the great room with stone fireplace, and a spacious wrap-around deck with views of the lake from any angle. We are excited to share our lakefront gem with you and know you won't want to leave!

The Old Forge region is the home of the Fulton Chain of Lakes where you can travel lake to lake by either boat, snowmobile or car. There are also multiple excellent restaurants all with their own unique Adirondack flair. There are excellent pizzerias, bakeries, and ice cream shops available for your enjoyment. There is an abundance of shopping with many items unique to the region. You can visit the 4-plex movie theater, go whitewater rafting, swimming and canoeing, or get some exercise on well marked hiking trails. You could also visit McCauley Mountain only 10 minutes away where you can snow board, ski, or snow tube. Also, there is a fascinating Adirondack Museum on Blue Mountain Lake. For the kids there is the Enchanted Forest Water Park, which is New York's largest water theme park. Finally, you can always kickback lakeside with a good book or sneak in a well-deserved nap on the hammock.
