Villa rental in Seabrook Island, South Carolina - GREAT RATES THAT INCLUDE AMENITY CARD, TAXES, CLEANING FEES!!! - Property 156402

A little history...: The ownership of a villa on Seabrook Island was just a matter of time. I have been staying on Seabrook Island since 1998 and after my first visit - never stayed anywhere else for my beach vacations. My husband and I purchased our villa late last year and have spent time updating it in preparation for this upcoming beach season. We absolutely love this place and a highlight for me has always been introducing others to its charm and beauty. Needless to say, my friends are thrilled with our purchase! We have a club membership so golf and tennis are easily accessible. The golf courses are typically uncrowded and allow for a nice unhurried pace of play. Tee times are usually very easy to make as well. It is not unusual to see a variety of wildlife along the courses - a word to the wise: let the alligator keep your ball if your ball lands near one! An ideal day will consist of an early round of golf, late morning/early afternoon at the beach, a nap, and a nice dinner out- AWESOME!

the villa...: The villa is fully furnished - including the kitchen. We have tried to anticipate every possible need of our guests. The villa is a one bedroom loft with a vaulted ceiling. It is ideal for 2 adults but can also accommodate children or another adult. The futon in the living room folds out into a larger twin or small queen size sleeping space. The back porch area is divided into an open area with garden chairs and a screened in area with loveseat, side table, and chair and ottoman. This is one of my favorite places to spend time. The villa is very close to the pool which is for the exclusive use of the Racquet Club guests. Our neighbor who lives here full time says it is like having your own private pool - Racquet Club does not have many villas and therefore fewer people using the pool. We have a storage area underneath in which we have placed beach chairs and towels. We will add other items for our guest's use with time.

your stay...: We contract with a local property management company should any emergencies arise - they are also available for extra cleanings for a fee. If you choose to be our guest, we will have a pass awaiting you on your arrival date. The key is outside the villa in a lockbox with several sets of keys awaiting you in the villa. At this time, we accept personal checks as payment. Your check in/out time can be flexible depending on the rental status of the days of your arrival and departure. We want you to enjoy your stay!!
