Rate information for this Tortola villa rental

  • $2,500 - $4,000 per week
  • 50% of full rental to be paid to secure booking and the remaining 50% to be paid 45 days prior to arrival. A 10% accidental damage deposit is also required and will be returned on departure. Contact us for details of cancellation policy.

Layout: The master bedroom and ensuite bathroom is at the top of the house with stunning views. This room has a four poster king bed, and is air-conditioned. It also has a television, DVD player and cable TV. The bathroom has a large walk in shower. On the ground floor is the open plan kitchen, dining room and sitting room leading onto a large deck which in turn leads out to the pool area. A gate separates the house and the pool which provides peace of mind for families with children. The three bedrooms and bathroom lead off from the main living area. The front bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the back bedroom has bunk beds and a single bed. There is also a small single room ideal for a child. This room is air conditioned and doubles as a playroom. A play kitchen and a basket of toys are available on request. A crib/cot can also be provided. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.

Housekeeper and Catering: Two family dogs live at the property with the Housekeeper in a basement apartment. The dogs can be kept in a fenced downstairs area if necessary. A daily housekeeping service is also included. Fresh linen and towels will be provided. Additional laundry can be organized for a small charge. The housekeeper is also happy to provide breakfast and dinner, contact us for further information about the meal plans. We are happy to answer any questions you may have by email.
