Total renovation in 2007: In 2007, we converted this seasonal lake home to a fabulous year round property. The kitchen is 100% new, with all new kitchen cabinets and counters. All new appliances, including an over and under washer dryer. Throughout the house - all new floors. Wall-to-wall carpet. Great wood accents throughout, especially in the spacious living room by the wood burning stove. 200 amp electric service brought in and 100% rewire of house, including new baseboard electric heat. Entire home painted and new ceilings in the Kitchen and Living room. Sit in the Sun room and enjoy fantastic views. Block patio with outdoor gas grill and 'fire pit'. Enjoy the large wood deck on the break wall at the water's edge, relax as you hear the rhythm of the water.
Six Flags, Darien Lake Amusement and Water Park is 45 minutes away.
