Walt Disney, Sea World, and Universal Studios, with their multiple theme parks, offers shopping, restaurants, and other attractions, are all only 20 minutes away via back roads with no congested interstates. Central Florida offers many other attractions such as Kennedy Space Center 60 minutes away, and a wonderful selection of golf courses, several within minutes from the home. Several Atlantic coast beaches are within 40 to 80 minutes away. Orlando also offers premier shopping at the Millennia Mall, anchored by Bloomingdales, Neiman Marcus and Macy’s, as well as several outlet malls.
Lake Butler is linked to 13 lakes on the Butler Chain of Lakes. Your family can enjoy boating, swimming, fresh water fishing, canoeing, wind surfing and countless other outdoor activities. The large backyard is perfect for volleyball games and sunbathing. The home is equipped with an outdoor gas grill, which is ideal for cook-outs and enjoying dinner on the patio, while taking in views of the open lake.
