Signed Lease and payment of $1500.00 USD ($1000.00 USD plus $500 USD security deposit due at booking ($500.00 returned within 30 days of rental per lease contract agreement) as down payment to book & reserve your week. )
Payment #2 $1000.00 - $1500.00 (depending on rental week)USD due 1 month after initial booking.
