- 4 bedrooms have excellent closet space, blankets, linens, and pillows, master BR has private full bathroom. All bedrooms are basic cable ready, with master having digital cable. 2nd full bathroom is easily accessible from all bedrooms and has disabled friendly low threshold shower with bench (no support handles though). Ceiling or portable fans provided throughout the house. When the ocean breezes are resting, you may add OPTIONAL high capacity A/C in Living Room and Master Bed for only $35 each, per week. Decide only when you arrive and utilize only if you find you need one or both. Cools entire house. Living and family rooms are divided and provide moderate privacy for those 'extra' boarders. Living room has large digital cable TV with DVD and VHS players, along with a Nintendo Game Cube system. Outstanding gardening adds to the peaceful atmosphere, while wide side yard allows for playing a game of catch, frisbee, bocce, or volleyball. The perfect gathering spot.
