- Our One and Two Bedroom apartments sleep a max of four guests (the One Bedroom apartments will have sleeper sofas in the living room). The One Bedroom Penthouse will sleep a max of six guests. The studio apartments will sleep up to two guests. Most of the One and Two Bedroom apartments and the One Bedroom Penthouse have king beds. Some one bedroom apartments will have queen beds instead. We will be happy to note your preference but cannot guarantee a specific unit. The studios all have queen beds.
