Provided no charges have been incurred for excess cleaning, or property damage, the security/reservation deposit will be returned in full approximately 1-2 weeks after your departure. - Housekeeping & Cleaning Deposit:
The condo is professionally cleaned before and after your arrival. A non-refundable cleaning deposit of $150 is required for all rentals.
Linens & Towels
Pillows, blankets, linens and towels are all included in the rate. You may bring your own linens and towels if you desire but the rate will remain the same.
