Condo amenities: Seawinds Condo is located in Ormond Beach Florida. The beautiful oceanfront condo was built in 1995, fully sprinklered, has elevator access to all floors. There is above ground parking available, however no campers, RVs or trailers are allowed. Renters also have access to one underground parking space with remote. Building is private with security access only. Pool and beach access is locked at all times. Grounds are beautifully maintained and private beach has breathtaking views of the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean.
