Additional Info on Home: This home is a lower-unit of a four family building. It has its own private entrance. (Therefore this is why I chose the type as 'townhome').
Current & planned updates:: Master bath is fully remodeled. Also, new furniture has been ordered. If all goes as planned there will also be central air installed prior to this season beginning.
