Accommodation: Villa Kipas is a two story residence which has been architecturally designed incorporating local material such as alang alang thatch roofing, traditional timbers and local stonework. There are two king size bedrooms, each with en suite, fully equipped kitchen and open plan living areas. The kitchen, dining room and living areas can all be fully secured with bi fold glass doors (and airconditioned) or they can be left totally open to your own private walled garden which is enhanced by the lush tropical garden and swimming pool. The expansive terraces, both upstairs and downstairs, are flanked by gardens, water features and pools. So you can choose to relax, soak up the sun, swim, have a massage in the bale, or walk down the small path alongside these villas onto Seminyak Beach to watch the sunset.
