- June 1st through Sept 6th 2007 Weekly Rates $975 - $1500 lower level and upper level 3 more floors $1750 - $3475 total for both (whole resort) $4599 - $5995. Holidays add 10% to total. (Peek season) Sept 10th through May 31st $600-$800 lower level and upper level $1400 - $1900 whole resort $2200 - $3900. (Off-season) Three-day min will be accepted mostly off-season for more call on this to be sure rates for 3 day. $600 lower and upper level $1200. The balance of the rent due, plus cleaning fees, security deposit and all taxes due are required to be paid 30 days prior representing the balance. You may use your credit card for the security deposit or hold only with a credit card of US $500 of which US $300 will be refunded if no extraordinary cleaning is required. Weekly Sat 3:00 PM to Saturday 10 AM. Contact us for weekend availability and other rates (min. 3 night stay) PayPal payment preferred. Until we have confirmed current rate for time requested, these rates subject /change.

Call me we have limited dates left but have other properties listed that will also sleep 12 - 24 on lake that are not brand new but if you have a budget I have a great place a few cottages next door to each other one sleeps 12 and the other sleeps 7 and a boat that sleeps 6 - 8 on the dock.....What a blast fun times to remember!!!!

- We have plenty of room and sleeping on all levels with a full over full bunk bed set and one master suite with a king size bed, this bedroom has a fireplace and hot tub attached to it and a master bath with jacuzzi that fills from the ceiling and fantastic steamer shower. Level 3 has 3 bedrooms with a full over full bunk bed and level one has 2 bedrooms with 4 full size beds and a couch bed.
